Welcome to Best Quality Cleaning LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By scheduling or using our cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Best Quality Cleaning LLC offers professional janitorial services, including but not limited to regular cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, commercial and residential cleaning, disinfection, stripping & waxing, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, and related janitorial services.

2. Service Limitations

To ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we do not use ladders or move items exceeding 25 pounds. If you require cleaning behind heavy objects, please ensure these items are moved prior to our arrival. We strive to handle all items with care; however, accidents may occur. In the event of breakage or loss of personal items, please notify us within 24 hours. Items that are antique, irreplaceable, or hard to find are not covered under our breakage policy. We recommend removing such items before our cleaning service.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will provide a time window for our arrival and make reasonable efforts to adhere to the scheduled time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee of $50.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service. A $20 non-payment fee will apply if payment is not received on the scheduled cleaning day. Accepted payment methods include checks, and major credit cards. A $30 fee is assessed on all returned checks. Late payments may incur additional 10% finance fee for payments later than 10 days and are accrued monthly. We have the right to discontinue services until payment is made.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at scheduled times. Any special instructions or known hazards must be communicated in advance. The client agrees to remove or secure fragile or valuable items before cleaning to prevent damage or loss.

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

While we strive for excellence, Best Quality Cleaning LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damages or stains that cannot be removed despite best efforts. We do not accept liability for damage caused by conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to electrical or plumbing failures, or unsafe environments. Services are provided “as-is” without warranties, except where required by law.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in the service agreement.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Best Quality Cleaning LLC website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best Quality Cleaning LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or website use.

11. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Best Quality Cleaning LLC and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the client’s breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Gloucester, New Jersey.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. post-service Inspection and Re-service Policy

If the client is not satisfied with the cleaning service following inspection, the client must notify the company within (24) hours of service completion. Upon such notification, the company will return to address and correct the identified issues with no additional charge. However, if the client is not satisfied after a re-clean has been performed, or if the client fails to report dissatisfaction within the required twenty-four (24) hour period, any additional cleaning services requested will be subject to a minimum service charge of two (2) hours at a rate of $45/hour.
